Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. However, we kindly ask for your consideration in respecting our time and the time of other clients by adhering to the following cancellation policy:
• Cancellations: To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can reach us via +1 (919) 548-2839 or [aplusnails.biz@gmail.com] to make changes or cancellations.
No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not informed us in advance, you will be charged a fee of 100% the scheduled service amount.
Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service amount.
More than 10 minutes late to your appointment without notification will result in a cancellation and 50% fee of your scheduled service.
